With over 20 recipes contributed by 14 incredible collaborators, this cookbook is a true labor of love, rooted in storytelling, cultural heritage, and sustainability.

From tamales colorados con chipilín to agua de Jamaica and champurrado Mexicano, these dishes reflect our collective creativity and shared connection to food.
